Job summary

Skye Hotel in Toronto is seeking an experienced Hotel Revenue Manager to maximize room revenue, optimize occupancy and develop pricing strategies for a portfolio of properties.

The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, monitor competitor pricing, forecast demand and implement revenue management strategies to improve overall hotel performance. Strong Excel, PMS experience (Opera/WebRezPro) and distribution knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality or business-related field preferred.
• Experience in hotel revenue management, pricing and forecasting.
• Knowledge of revenue optimization and channel distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and demand patterns.
• Manage rates, inventory, availability, and restrictions across PMS/OTAs.
• Analyze booking pace, historical data, and forecasts to optimize pricing decisions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue reports.
• Forecast room demand and revenue to support planning.
• Track reservation trends and distribution efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Front Office on pricing and promotions.
• Review market segment performance and profitability.
• Maintain accurate rates and data across management systems.
• Identify opportunities to reduce unsold inventory and boost revenue.
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations.
