Job summary

WORKFORCE is seeking a Sales/Recruitment Account Manager to bring in new business, manage client relations, and recruit/engage placement candidates. The role covers operations, maintenance, manufacturing, equipment/machinery, and construction sectors with a remote-first setup.

You will contact clients by phone, use video conferencing for needs assessments, and collaborate with recruiters to deliver candidates on projects. English fluency is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years recruiting industry experience preferred.
• Experience selling to industrial clientele (manufacturing, heavy industry, etc.).
• 100% fluent in English, written and spoken; French is an asset.
• Permanent resident or citizen of Canada.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing clients by phone.
• Utilize video conferencing to connect with clients and assess needs with recruiters.
• Recruit placement candidates when required and engage with clients throughout the process.
• Write succinct and professional emails and maintain CRM records.
