Job summary

WORKFORCE is seeking a Sales/Recruitment Account Manager to bring in new business, manage client relations, and recruit/engage placement candidates. The role covers operations, maintenance, manufacturing, equipment/machinery, and construction sectors with a remote-first setup.

You will contact clients by phone, use video conferencing for needs assessments, and collaborate with recruiters to deliver candidates on projects. English fluency is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years recruiting industry experience preferred.
• Experience selling to industrial clientele (manufacturing, heavy industry, etc.).
• 100% fluent in English, written and spoken; French is an asset.
• Permanent resident or citizen of Canada.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales/Recruitment Account Manager who can be effectively bring in new business, manage existing clients, and recruit/engage placement candidates. Our permanent placement division specialists in positions within operations, maintenance, manufacturing, equipment/machinery, and construction. In this role, you will be expected to contact new and existing clients by phone, and utilize video conferencing to connect with clients and perform needs assessments with recruiters from your team. You will be measured by your ability to follow the sales/account management process, qualify leads, and effectively engage team members who will support the delivery and management of candidates for various recruitment/placement projects happening at any given time. You will also engage and recruit placement candidates when required. You will also be expected to properly use the CRM and be effective in writing succinct and professional emails.

This is a base salary plus commission role. We offer flexible schedule, extended benefits, holiday time. Base salary $40-60k per annum depending on experience (no draw), with total earnings $80-120k depending on performance.

Requirements

• -2-3 years of recruiting industry experience is preferred, ideally in a candidate recruitment or client sales/account management/acquisition role
• -A post-secondary degree or diploma is an asset.
• -A network and experience selling to industrial clientele (manufacturing, heavy industry, etc.)
• -Background in a past extracurricular team activity is an asset (organized sports, theatre, music, etc.).
• -Outgoing personality with a high level of energy and interest in communicating with all different types of people all day everyday via phone, in person, or video conference.
• -Driven person who is smart, competitive, and places a high level of emphasis on details.
• -Highly organized and able to effectively use online CRM.
• -Capability to work individually or as a part of team when required.
• -High level of professionalism.
• -Charismatic person who can be trusted.
• -Excellent reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• -100% fluent in English, verbal and written. Ability to speak and write in French an asset.
• -Permanent resident or citizen of Canada.
