Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking a talented Bilingual Recruitment Specialist to manage high-volume recruitment. You will source, screen, and present top candidates in both English and French, collaborating with hiring managers and field teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

Experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
Experience with high volume recruitment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

Source, identify, and engage candidates through multiple channels (online platforms, events, referrals).
Conduct thorough virtual screenings and interviews.
Assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and culture fit.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Collaborate with field teams to anticipate staffing needs and support onboarding.
Maintain organized ATS records and stay updated on recruitment trends.
Develop sourcing strategies to increase applicant flow and awareness.
