Job summary

The System Support Analyst at Ledcor is responsible for ensuring end‑user devices operate smoothly, handling setup, software installation, configuration and troubleshooting across Windows, Android and iOS platforms.

This 6‑month fixed term position offers in‑office and remote support, with opportunities to contribute to IT projects and improve processes within a diverse infrastructure including cloud services and on‑premises systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in executive support and IT services.
• Excellent communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Formal CS/IT education as listed; technical diploma required.
• Proficiency with Azure, Intune, Autopilot, and cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain endpoint devices and software.
• Provide end‑user support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Android, and iOS problems and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with internal/external resources and vendors.
• Respond to incidents and service requests promptly.
