Qualifications

Admitted Attorney of the High Court with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in commercial contract law.
Proven ability to draft complex commercial agreements with precision and clarity.
Solid understanding of contract principles and commercial law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including supply agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements.
Advise clients on contractual terms, risks, and compliance requirements.
Conduct legal research on contract law principles and related matters.
Manage a portfolio of commercial contracts for multiple clients.
Assist with corporate advisory work and general commercial law matters.
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
