Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in commercial contract law.
• Proven ability to draft complex commercial agreements with precision and clarity.
• Solid understanding of contract principles and commercial law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including supply agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Advise clients on contractual terms, risks, and compliance requirements.
