• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience, with a strong emphasis on Contract Law.
• Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Deep understanding of South African contract law principles.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a demanding caseload in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, supply agreements, and licensing agreements.
• Advise business teams on contractual terms, risks, and compliance obligations.
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates and playbooks.
• Manage contract lifecycle, ensuring adherence to terms and identifying potential issues.
• Conduct legal research related to contract law and provide timely opinions.
