Qualifications

• Admitted attorney or conveyancer with property law specialization.
• Minimum of 5 years post-admission experience in property law matters.
• Proficient in conveyancing procedures and property legislation.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Strong understanding of property market dynamics and related risks.
• Ability to manage workload effectively in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities
