Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an experienced Project Manager for a remote role based in Quebec. You will lead Phase I–IV clinical trials, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to meet timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

You will manage resources, risks, and finances while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes client relationships and continuous process improvements across studies.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in life sciences or related field.
• At least five years in clinical pharmaceutical industry with clinical PM experience.
• Knowledge of clinical PM processes and multiple priorities.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Broad knowledge of drug development and client needs; strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate matrix teams.
• Valid passport and driver’s license; ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency in English and French, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate internal and external partners to deliver trials successfully.
• Own project plans from start-up through close-out; ensure timelines, quality, budgets, and client expectations are met.
• Manage project resources with functional leaders; develop contingency plans.
• Oversee financial performance of projects and work toward financial targets.
• Anticipate risks and issues; develop contingencies and recovery strategies.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a primary point of contact.
• Promote teamwork across a matrix environment and maintain clear communication with leadership.
• Ensure teams work per study protocols, SOPs, GCP, and local regulations.
• Drive process improvements to raise efficiency and quality of work.
