Job summary

Everest Clinical Research is hiring a Project Manager for our Toronto/Markham, Ontario site or remote from anywhere in Canada under our Work from Home policy.

Responsibilities include leading Phase I–IV trials, coordinating budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams, and acting as main Sponsor liaison to ensure timely initiation of requests. Qualifications include 8+ years CRO experience, Mandarin fluency, and oncology exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in life sciences or health-related field.
• Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
• Oncology experience and clinical trial monitoring experience.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional processes (clinical ops, data management, statistics, medical writing).
• Ability to define scopes, budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Phase I–IV clinical trials per ICH, FDA, Health Canada, EMA and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead project teams, coordinate budgets, work plans, and timelines across functional groups.
• Be primary contact for Sponsors to initiate and coordinate sponsor requests.
• Coordinate with vendors and data transfers; ensure contractual obligations and timelines.
• Monitor risk, prepare status reports, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and contract development.
