Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Project Manager for Rare Disease trials in Quebec. This remote role supports Phase I–IV studies, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines, quality, budgets, and client expectations.

You will lead plans from start-up through close-out, build strong client relationships, and ensure adherence to ICH/GCP guidelines while traveling as needed. Bilingual English and French skills are required.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in life sciences or related field.
• At least five years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience in clinical project management.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and hold a valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate partners to deliver trials.
• Own project plans from start-up through close-out.
• Manage resources with functional leaders and contingency plans.
• Oversee financial performance and targets.
• Anticipate risks and develop contingency strategies.
• Build strong client relationships and support satisfaction.
