Job summary

Biogen Inc. is seeking a Rare Disease Partnership Lead to drive territory performance in Quebec and surrounding regions.

Based in the field, you will identify growth opportunities, prioritize key accounts, and translate strategy into disciplined execution with cross-functional partners. You will promote Biogen’s end-to-end value proposition, including brands and services, while managing a territory budget and delivering against sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with science or healthcare focus.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive field sales experience in specialty or biotech markets.
• Experience in rare diseases or neurology is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Drive identification and referral of patients appropriate for Biogen therapies, accelerating adoption of current and future brands.
• Promote Biogen’s end-to-end value proposition, including brands, programs, services and technology, to reinforce leadership in rare diseases.
• Define the critical success factors for the assigned territory and develop, execute, monitor and continuously optimize strategic account plans.
• Prioritize accounts, customers and activities based on patient opportunity, business potential and likelihood of impact, mobilizing cross-functional resources.
• Identify and support the execution of educational or operational initiatives that improve disease management for HCPs and patients.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen by analyzing territory performance, patient flows, customer dynamics and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage budget and complete administrative requirements on time.
• Deliver territory objectives with sales targets and productivity metrics, focusing on high-value face-to-face interactions.
• Maintain a strong field presence and maximize engagement through virtual channels when appropriate.
• Maintain deep knowledge of disease state, competitive landscape and best practices; pursue continuous learning.
• Must travel 50% - 70% of the time.
• Language fluency in French; bilingualism is an asset.
