Job summary

Superior Propane Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for Talent Performance & Experience to design and manage programs that enhance employee experience, align individual goals with organizational priorities, and foster a culture of inclusion and growth.

You will drive listening initiatives, recognition programs, and cross-functional collaboration across North America. The role emphasizes technology enablement and compliance, with hybrid work options and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s preferred
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in talent management or organizational development
• Experience in multi-site and multi-national organizations; legal authorisation to work in the US is required (we will not sponsor)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage programs to improve the employee experience
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure programs are simple, relevant, and valuable
• Lead internal recognition initiatives and evolve programs to reinforce new values
• Execute the employee experience strategy and embed company culture across the lifecycle
• Support the employee listening strategy and act on feedback
• Leverage technology and AI to optimize performance and engagement programs
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and organizational policies
