Job summary

Trans Mountain Corporation is seeking a Manager, Talent Programs at our Calgary Head Office. The role leads the enterprise talent and culture programs, driving succession planning, career development, leadership development, and performance management aligned with business priorities.

You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-informed programs that create measurable value for employees, leaders, and the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in developing and delivering HR programs, talent management, leadership development, or related roles, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on inclusive practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise talent programs aligned with multi-year strategy.
• Lead culture initiatives and leadership development programs.
• Coordinate annual performance management and succession planning processes.
• Provide SME guidance on talent development trends and governance frameworks.
• Coach and develop the Talent Programs team to ensure high-quality service.
