Affim seeks a Product Support Specialist to deliver fast, reliable service to merchant partners. You’ll become a product and payments expert, partnering with Sales, Client Success, Operations, and Engineering to resolve issues and scale processes.

Based remote in Canada, the role pays a base range of CAN$55,000–75,000 per year, with equity and benefits. Fluency in French and English is required, plus 2+ years in Tech/eCommerce or SaaS.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Tech/eCommerce/SaaS and/or similar roles.
• Ability to handle high volume with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Support merchant partners (E-Commerce retailers on various platforms).
• Troubleshoot technical or configuration issues.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Manage multiple inquiries with prioritization.
• Drive feature requests from merchants to guide product planning.
