Affim is seeking a Product Support Specialist to assist merchant partners, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will resolve configurations, communicate clearly, and help scale support processes in a remote Canadian setting.

Remote-first role with flexibility; base pay in Canada range and opportunities for equity. Prior experience in tech/ecommerce and strong writing are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Tech/eCommerce/SaaS roles is preferred.
• Ability to handle high volume of requests with empathy.
• Excellent written communication; explain technical concepts clearly.
• Own projects and adapt as needs change.

Responsabilités

• Support Affim’s merchant partners across e-commerce platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex technical or configuration issues.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues and scale processes.
• Manage multiple inquiries with prioritization.
• Build scalable support workflows and incorporate merchant feedback.
• Communicate new features and enhancements to merchants.
• Aggregate merchant requests to guide product planning.
