Job summary

Affim is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our remote team in Canada. You will be the frontline for merchant partners, resolving technical and configuration issues and guiding customers with clear, friendly communication.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Operations, and Engineering to surface feedback, streamline workflows, and help scale our support. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in tech, eCommerce, SaaS, or a similar role.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to handle high volume of requests with empathy.
• Clear written communication to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support merchant partners and resolve technical/configuration issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering to address issues and scale support processes.
• Handle high-volume inquiries with prioritization.
• Build scalable support processes and relay feature requests to product planning.
• Drive outreach about new features to merchants.
