Jobgether is seeking a Product Owner based in Canada to drive the backlog for a grantmaking platform. You will translate client needs into actionable user stories, prioritize work with engineering, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to shape roadmaps and releases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Product Owner or equivalent with backlog ownership.
• Experience with B2B software and client-focused outcomes.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for drafting stories and prototypes.
• Strong Agile practices, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
• Ability to evaluate requests, prioritize, and align with goals.
• Customer discovery and feedback translation into product improvements.
• Analytical mindset to interpret adoption metrics and data.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the product backlog for Scrum teams with clear priorities.
• Translate client feedback into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate AI tools to draft stories, summarize feedback, and prototype ideas.
• Coordinate roadmap priorities and release planning with teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and remove blockers for delivery.
• Represent customer needs throughout the lifecycle and decisions.
