Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end project delivery across Digital Serve & Support product portfolio: Manage the lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
Drive the adoption and integration of AI solutions to enhance customer experience and product innovation.
Develop and execute digital product strategies using data analytics, market research, and customer insights.
Build strong relationships with business leaders and application owners; facilitate alignment and change management.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and promote value-focused agile practices.
Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders; advocate for customers.
