Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a Launch Manager to own end-to-end product launches and major feature releases. You will build launch plans, manage timelines, and coordinate across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful rollouts.

In this role, you will drive readiness, identify risks, and establish clear accountability. A strong background in cross-functional program management and B2B SaaS launches is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Product Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 6+ years of experience in product launches, go-to-market, product marketing, program management, or product operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in B2B SaaS, technology, or fitness tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launch management for new products, platform enhancements, and major feature releases.
• Build and manage launch plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch activities across Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Training, Operations, Legal, and others.
