Job description

SkyPrep is a profitable and growing B2B SaaS company delivering a modern learning management system to mid-market organizations. Our mission is simple: The LMS Without the Mess.

We are looking for a Product Manager to define what we build and why. This role is focused on deeply understanding customer workflows, translating problems into clear product direction, and driving execution from idea to impact.

You will be responsible for owning product priorities, shaping strategy, and delivering high-quality product outcomes grounded in real customer needs.

  • Define and maintain a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap
  • Prioritize work based on customer impact, business goals, and value vs. effort
  • Identify key workflows, capabilities, and gaps across the product
  • Make clear tradeoffs on what to build now, later, or not at all
  • Align product direction with retention, expansion, and support efficiency
  • Translate product vision into a cohesive, executable strategy
Problem Discovery & Definition
  • Translate customer requests into underlying problems and goals
  • Validate opportunities using customer feedback, usage data, and business impact
  • Understand how customers work today (tools, workflows, constraints)
  • Identify the smallest valuable solution and iterate over time
  • Stay close to customer conversations, support signals, and sales insights
Product Specification & Execution
  • Produce clear, detailed product requirements that engineering can execute confidently
  • Define problem, user, value, workflow, constraints, and success metrics
  • Ensure solutions align with real customer workflows and mental models
  • Design scalable, reusable solutions across similar use cases
  • Anticipate edge cases and system behaviours across the product
Collaboration with Engineering, Design & GTM
  • Work closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Partner with Design to create intuitive, user-centered experiences
  • Align with Support, Sales, and Marketing on product direction and rollout
  • Communicate clearly what is being built, why it matters, and expected outcomes
  • Maintain strong cross-functional alignment across teams
Outcome Measurement & Iteration
  • Monitor adoption, usage, and customer impact post-launch
  • Continuously iterate based on real-world data and feedback
  • Drive product improvements based on measurable outcomes
What Success Looks Like
  • Clear, prioritized roadmap tied to business impact
  • Product decisions grounded in real customer workflows
  • High-quality specifications that reduce ambiguity and rework
  • Strong alignment between product, engineering, and design
  • Features that match how customers actually work
  • Measurable improvements in adoption, retention, and satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of Product Management experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Strong ability to define product strategy and prioritize effectively
  • Experience translating customer needs into clear product requirements
  • Deep understanding of customer workflows and enterprise use cases
  • Strong decision-making skills and comfort operating with uncertainty
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams
Nice to Have
  • Experience with LMS platforms or training workflows
  • Familiarity with integrations, reporting, permissions, and multi-tenant SaaS
  • Exposure to product analytics and data-driven decision making
Salary & Benefits
  • Extended health and dental coverage
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Flexible hybrid work environment
  • High ownership and direct impact on product direction
