Job summary

Agrocrop Exports Ltd. is seeking an experienced Commercialization Project Manager to lead end-to-end product launches and customer implementations.

The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages timelines, packaging, artwork, specifications, testing, and readiness, serving as a key liaison between customers and internal groups. Candidates should have strong project management and customer-facing skills, with experience in food manufacturing or CPG preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing new product launches (NPD).
• Experience with packaging transitions and customer onboarding.
• Experience coordinating product launches and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization activities for new product launches from concept to production and customer implementation.
• Coordinate timelines, artwork approvals, packaging readiness, testing, and launch execution.
• Develop commercialization timelines, trackers, action logs, dashboards and reports.
• Lead cadence meetings with internal teams and customers to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Ensure milestones, approvals and deliverables are completed on time and accurately.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, specifications, and launch expectations.
