Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer based in Canada to lead end-to-end IoT solution design for enterprise clients in a remote, high-growth environment.

You will translate client requirements into tailored technical architectures using RFID, BLE, GPS, and API integrations while guiding customers from discovery to deployment. Travel up to 50% may be required, with collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in solutions engineering, presales, or technical customer success in IoT/SaaS environments.
• Hands-on IoT hardware experience (RFID, BLE, GPS) and front-end platform configuration.
• Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, MQTT, MDM, SQL, and advanced Excel data analysis.
• Proficiency with Postman, Jira, Salesforce, MSSQL, CAD/visualization; AI tools in daily workflows.
• Excellent customer-facing communication; ability to demo products to diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for deployments and project needs.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IoT solution design for enterprise use cases.
• Translate client needs into documented technical scopes and estimates.
• Configure front-end platforms and perform hands-on testing with RFID, BLE, and GPS.
• Build and optimize data integrations using APIs, webhooks, MQTT, and MDM.
• Handoff projects from pre-sales to deployment and provide post-launch support.
• Train non-technical stakeholders and analyze deployment data with Excel/SQL.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
