Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Systems Integration Support Technician (BC) based in Canada.

The role supports the integration of smart building and IoT security technologies across client projects, with a mix of remote technical support and occasional onsite work in Vancouver, BC. You will own IoT projects from initial configuration through commissioning and completion, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with access control, intercom, CCTV/IP, intrusion, or IoT security tech.
• Hands-on installation and commissioning of digital intercoms and intrusion platforms.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking (DMZ, VLAN, VPN, IPsec, SSL, VoIP, PoE) and Wi-Fi (UniFi preferred).
• Ability to read drawings and manage low-voltage installations; valid G-class license.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and occasional onsite client visits.
• Support integration of smart building automation and IoT technologies.
• Configure, install, and commission security and building systems.
• Troubleshoot issues with project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain project documentation and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Own IoT projects end-to-end from integration to commissioning.
