Job summary

Mitch is seeking an experienced Personal Lines TSR to provide underwriting support to our Sales and Service Brokers across the client journey. You will process new client paperwork and coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate underwriting.

You will continually seek ways to improve workflows and portal or system changes, while thriving in a fast-paced environment and maintaining strong communication with colleagues and clients across Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office and email tools
• Experience working in a broker management system and insurance portals
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Self-starter with initiative in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide underwriting support to Sales and Service Brokers across the client journey
• Process new client paperwork and coordinate with departments for complete underwriting
• Identify and implement workflow improvements and portal/system changes
