Job summary

Mitch is seeking an Account Manager for Personal Lines Client Care to build strong client relationships, deliver expert guidance, and support client retention across Canada. You will handle policy changes, renewals, billing adjustments, and service requests with a proactive, client-focused approach.

You’ll work in a flexible, remote environment across Canada, collaborating with the Personal Lines team to upsell thoughtfully and ensure clients feel valued and well protected.

Qualifications

• Two or more years as Account Manager or CSR at an insurance brokerage.
• Deep knowledge of Personal Lines products.
• RIBO licence required.

Responsibilities

• Support existing clients with guidance and expertise to strengthen retention.
• Handle policy changes, renewals, and billing changes, and complete service requests.
• Cross-sell and upsell in a consultative, not pushy, manner.
• Update client files and answer questions across multiple channels.
• Be the go-to insurance expert and provide professional advice.

What you’ll do

Working as part of our Personal Lines Client Care team, your passion for providing top-notchcustomer service will shine asyou support our existing clients with guidance and expertise that helps to strengthen overall retention. You know that everyclientinteraction is an opportunity to better meet their needs. Yes, this means up-selling, but not in a pushy way. More in a “how else can I help you today?” way. You’ll work with clientsthrough multiple channelsto answer questions, make policy changes,review renewals, cross-sell, update files, assist with billing changes, and complete other service requests. You’ll be their go-to insurance expert, providing professional adviceto ensure they have the protection they need.

Your qualifications

You’ve worked as an Account Manager or CSR at an insurance brokerage for two or more years and have deep knowledge of Personal Lines products. You also have your RIBO licence.
