Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal insurance experience
• Strong client service and account management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Alberta Level 2 insurance licence preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships and renewals
• Place new business and recommend coverage solutions
• Handle endorsements and policy changes
• Respond to inquiries in a phone queue environment
