DGA Careers Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join a long-standing, family-owned brokerage in Saint-Hyacinthe or Beloeil.

The role offers a permanent full-time position with a hybrid work model (1 day in-office per week) and a competitive base salary plus commissions. You will manage a Personal Lines portfolio, process renewals, and negotiate with carriers to deliver client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• AMF Personal Lines license required.
• Minimum 1 year of Personal Lines experience.
• Bilingualism (French and English) an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Personal Lines portfolio valued at about $1M.
• Process changes, renewals, quotes, and remarketing.
• Negotiate coverage with multiple carriers.
• Deliver outstanding service while identifying sales opportunities.
• Handle calls and emails for assigned accounts.
