You will handle intake, scheduling, education, triage, and treatment support, document interactions in EMR, and collaborate with healthcare professionals while maintaining privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Healthcare or hospitality customer service experience is an asset.
• Experience with clinical databases or EMR systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; bilingual English/French is valued.
• Empathy, emotional intelligence, active listening, and passion for helping health.
• Meticulous, proactive, organized, and collaborative.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support patient intake and coordination across education, triage, and appointment booking.
• Schedule new patient appointments, follow-ups, and rescheduled visits.
• Proactive outbound outreach to encourage appointment adherence and care steps.
• Respond to patient questions, gather history, provide guidance within guidelines.
• Deliver medical cannabis education via digital platforms, phone, or clinic visits.
• Maintain and improve patient messaging and knowledge standards with the Care Team.
• Provide compassionate patient support with professional communication.
