Jobgether is listing a virtual Community of Care Coordinator position in Canada in partnership with a client. The role focuses on coordinating engagement for a virtual platform that links healthcare professionals with resources, jobs, and community supports.

You will build relationships with healthcare employers and partners to strengthen employment pathways in Northern and rural Ontario, while monitoring engagement and creating digital content to improve participant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Health Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, community engagement, recruitment, HR, or related field.
• Experience managing online communities, social media, or digital engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with registrants, provide timely support, and guide participants toward relevant virtual resources.
• Support objective of connecting healthcare professionals with employment resources and community supports.
• Moderate and engage with registrants daily, fostering a welcoming, collaborative community.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare employers and partners to promote opportunities in Northern and rural communities.
• Develop engagement strategies and social-media-style content to increase participation and retention.
• Monitor activity and metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Provide administrative, reporting, and coordination support for the virtual community platform.
• Strengthen connections between healthcare professionals, employers, and resources across Northern and rural Ontario.
