Job summary

LiveHappy Initiative is seeking a seasoned Client Success Director to lead client outcomes, drive long-term engagement, and strengthen relationships that propel growth in a flexible, remote role. You’ll guide participants through world-class programs, ensure access to tools and support, and own the client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, in a performance-based environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ in client success or related leadership roles.
• Strong consultative communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with client lifecycle processes and retention strategies.
• Based in the U.S. or Canada with reliable internet access.
• Remote work with schedule autonomy.
• Performance-based earnings with high-value engagements.
• Strategic ownership of client success initiatives.
• Full training provided from day one.
