Recruit Action inc. seeks an OCM Communications Lead for a 6-month remote contract to transform an insurance program. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders across regions, shaping change strategy and delivery.

Lead OCM planning, stakeholder analysis, communications strategy, and readiness activities. You will develop personas, assess adoption risks, create engaging materials, and coordinate messaging across multilingual teams in Canada.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of organizational change management, communications, or transformation experience.
• Experience developing and executing change and communication strategies.
• Experience with impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, readiness, and adoption planning.
• Experience coordinating communications across complex stakeholder groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; executive presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex initiatives into clear business messaging.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead OCM planning and execution for a global transformation initiative.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and change impact analyses.
• Develop stakeholder personas and audience segmentation strategies.
• Assess organizational readiness and identify adoption risks.
• Create change adoption, engagement, and reinforcement strategies.
• Support business readiness planning and deployment activities.
• Establish change metrics and track adoption and engagement.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, focus groups, and feedback sessions.
• Identify resistance points and develop mitigation strategies.
