Bank of Canada in Ottawa is seeking a Senior OCM Specialist for AI Transformation on a 2-year hybrid remote contract. You will lead an integrated OCM strategy aligned with AI priorities, roadmaps, and business outcomes.

You will assess readiness, advise sponsors on workforce implications, design communications, and develop adoption approaches for AI-enabled tools. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to enable sustained adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent experience delivering organizational change for digital/AI initiatives.
• Experience leading OCM for enterprise AI or Generative AI transformations through multiple lifecycle phases.
• Experience developing OCM strategies, roadmaps, readiness and adoption plans.
• Ability to advise executives on workforce impacts, resistance management, and communications.

• Develop and maintain an integrated OCM strategy, roadmap, and change plan aligned with AI priorities.
• Assess readiness and change impacts across roles, teams, processes, and tech.
• Advise sponsors and leaders on workforce implications and leadership behaviors.
• Create communications, engagement strategies, and change narratives.
• Design adoption approaches for AI-enabled tools and new ways of working.
• Collaborate with departments to translate AI requirements into actions.
• Define measures and provide reporting to support informed decisions.
• Develop reusable playbooks, templates, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Related activities and deliverables as required.
