Intercast Staffing Ltd. is recruiting an OCM Lead to drive strategic communications for a large-scale S/4 HANA enterprise transformation program. You will shape a clear transformation narrative, align leaders and employees, and enable adoption of new systems and ways of working across the organization.

The role requires partnering with OCM, leadership, and corporate teams to deliver impactful, enterprise-wide communication strategies in a hybrid/remote setting across North America.

You will be responsible for shaping a clear transformation narrative, aligning leaders and employees, and enabling adoption of new systems and ways of working across the organization. The position partners closely with OCM, leadership, and corporate teams to deliver impactful, enterprise-wide communication strategies.

• Develop clear, compelling messaging and content to support leaders and drive employee adoption
• Manage communication plans, timelines, channels, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and vendors
