Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking an Account Manager to join our Golf team in North America. The role is ideally based in Montreal, Quebec, but remote candidates within Canada are welcome. You will manage a portfolio of golf course clients, driving product adoption and revenue growth across Lightspeed Golf.

The position emphasizes relationship management, customer success, and industry knowledge to deliver long-term value and CSAT across North American accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an extended sales cycle and driving customer value.
• Strong ability to build relationships and manage complex accounts.
• Bilingual English/French (spoken and written) preferred.
• Experience with golf or hospitality industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of golf course customers and maximize value from Lightspeed Golf.
• Drive product adoption, upsell add-ons, and expand usage across modules.
• Collaborate with Sales, Services, Support, and Product to define success criteria and ensure CSAT/NPS targets.
• Be the customer voice, flag product requests, and support regional initiatives.
