Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking an Implementation Consultant (Golf) to lead customer onboarding from start to finish as part of the Launch Services team. You’ll be the main point of contact, conducting kickoff calls, ensuring training, and coordinating resources to move customers from sales close to active use.

You’ll collaborate with North American teams, communicating in English and French, and strive for exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Golf Industry or as an avid golfer.
• Experience managing customer expectations via phone and email.
• Experience with resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory role.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English; English as working language required for this position.
• Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce.
• Experience with ClickUp or ChurnZero.

Responsibilities

• Conducting kick-off calls with customers to outline processes and manage expectations.
• Ensuring customer training is completed during onboarding.
• Scheduling internal resources to complete project tasks (hardware installation, billing cycles, payments).
• Communicating status updates and reminders to customers.
• Managing a segment of customers through onboarding.
• Maintaining updates to customer records in CRM and web tools.
• Managing time-to-use metrics from post-sale to active usage.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings.
