Job summary

Lightspeed Commerce is seeking an Implementation Consultant (Golf) to oversee customer onboarding end-to-end, acting as the main contact during onboarding. You will guide processes, coordinate resources, and ensure training and milestones are met across a North American client base.

The role requires strong English and French communication, experience in golf industry or avid golf interest, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects with CRM updates and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Golf Industry or be an avid golfer.
• Experience managing customer expectations via phone and email.
• Experience with resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory role.
• Excellent communication in English and French, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Conduct kickoff calls outlining onboarding processes.
• Ensure customer training is completed during onboarding.
• Schedule internal resources for tasks like hardware installation, billing, or payments processing.
• Communicate status and reminders to customers.
• Manage your segment of onboarding customers.
• Provide consistent updates based on task completion and customer responsibilities during onboarding.
• Update CRM and other web-based tools with project updates and timelines.
• Manage customers from sales close to system usage.
