8Twelve Mortgage Power Network (8TMPN) is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to recruit and onboard independent mortgage agents. You will develop sourcing strategies, build a pipeline through boards and events, and manage end-to-end screening to connect top agents with the brokerage.

The role requires 4–5 years of experience, strong communication, and a drive to achieve goals, with a focus on relationship-building and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting mortgage agents or financial services preferred.
• Ability to build pipelines through sourcing, events, referrals and social media.
• Proven interview and selection process management.
• Strong relationship-building with candidates and management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a proactive recruiting strategy to attract and onboard mortgage agents.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential agents via job boards, events, social media, referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates, manage follow-ups and assess qualifications.
• Foster and maintain relationships with potential agents to ensure support and value.
• Attend industry events to connect with top mortgage agents and expand network.
• Maintain records and reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
