8Twelve Mortgage Power Network is seeking Experienced Offsite Mortgage Agent/Broker for a remote role in Calgary, Alberta. You will manage the full mortgage process, nurture client relationships, and drive deals from application to closing.

The role emphasizes high commission potential, ongoing training, and dedicated support, including broker success management and IT assistance. Prior mortgage experience and licensing are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Mortgage Agent License required.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals.
• Establish and foster relationships with clients and guide informed decisions.
• Oversee the mortgage process from initial contact to closing.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients throughout the mortgage process.
• Act as intermediary between lender and borrower.
