Job summary

8Twelve Mortgage Power Network is expanding and seeks new or experienced Mortgage Agents to join the team. You will manage multiple deals, nurture client relationships, deliver fast responses and increase efficiency across the mortgage process.

Responsibilities include guiding clients from initial contact to closing, coordinating applications and submissions, staying current with lending rules, and acting as a liaison between borrower and lender.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience
• High school diploma required
• Mortgage Agent License required
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals
• Build and nurture client relationships and assist in informed decisions
• Oversee the mortgage process from initial contact to closing and document collection
• Ensure proper follow-up with each client during the mortgage process
• Act as intermediary between lender and borrower for mortgage loans
• Stay informed on local real estate trends and mortgage regulations
