Job summary

8Twelve Mortgage Corporation is seeking an Experienced Offsite Mortgage Agent/Broker to join our remote team. This 100% commission role offers flexible scheduling, a fast-paced environment, and the backing of a broker network with mentorship and ongoing support.

You will manage client pipelines, oversee the mortgage process from application to closing, and act as the intermediary between lenders and borrowers while staying current on market trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience required.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Mortgage Agent License is required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals.
• Build relationships with clients and help them make informed decisions.
• Oversee the entire mortgage process from initial contact to closing.
• Ensure proper follow-up throughout the mortgage process.
• Act as intermediary between lender and borrower for mortgage loans.
• Stay informed on real estate market trends and mortgage regulations.
