Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Architect - Modern Workplace for a fully remote role based in Canada. You will design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) and help organisations transform collaboration and productivity.

You will work with governance, security, and performance requirements while learning from senior architects. The role emphasizes AI-enabled capabilities, client consulting, and adaptive learning, with a clear path toward advanced architecture

Qualifications

Hands-on Microsoft 365 experience with governance and security fundamentals.
Experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive administration.
Familiarity with Copilot readiness, enablement, and governance concepts.
Strong communication and ability to translate business needs into designs.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn from seniors.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and improve Microsoft 365 solutions for clients and internal use.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs with senior guidance.
Configure, migrate, and deploy Microsoft 365 workloads across environments.
Ensure governance, security, and performance standards are met.
Create architecture diagrams, governance frameworks, and user enablement materials.
Participate in discovery sessions and workshops as a technical contributor.
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 workloads and integrations; support Copilot readiness.
