Castolin Eutectic is seeking a Business Development Manager – Mining to develop new opportunities across Timmins and surrounding mining regions. This hunter-focused role is home-based, with travel requirements and a vehicle allowance to support territory coverage.

You will identify untapped opportunities in mining, construction, and heavy industries, build relationships with decision-makers, and convert prospects into long-term customers, delivering growth and value.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying opportunities in mining, construction, and heavy industries.
• Ability to travel up to 60% across the territory.

• Comfortable working from a home-based territory and building pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Open new doors and pursue new customers in mining operations and heavy industrial accounts.
• Generate your own pipeline through cold outreach, site visits, referrals, and research.
• Build relationships with maintenance, reliability, engineers, and procurement to position solutions.
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for account acquisition and growth.
• Sell wear protection technologies and engineered solutions to customers.
• Track prospects, quotations, and opportunities in CRM and maintain pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with Services Team, Product Managers, and technical specialists to create solutions.
