Job summary

Castolin Eutectic is seeking a Wear Solutions Specialist to grow our wear services across targeted accounts in mining, power generation, paper & pulp, cement, and steel. This home-based role in Ontario offers a vehicle allowance and uncapped commission, with a focus on expanding market opportunities and delivering tailored wear solutions.

You will work with the Wear Services team to provide technical support, build relationships with key customers, and manage a robust CRM pipeline to meet sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wear solutions experience in mining, power generation, paper & pulp, cement or steel operations.
• Solid understanding of surface protection and wear management solutions.
• Comfortable speaking with maintenance, engineering and purchasing personnel within key accounts.
• Basic familiarity with welding, maintenance and repair technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development for wear services and products by targeting strategic accounts in mining, power generation, paper & pulp, cement and steel industries.
• Provide technical and application support with the Wear Solutions team.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including end users and OEMs, to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Identify prospects and existing customer needs and develop messaging for acquisition and expansion.
• Maintain an opportunity pipeline in the CRM.
• Provide technical, design, and product support to customers and assist with proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate cross-regionally to share best practices and improve technical and commercial approaches.
• Ensure achievement of sales volumes, revenue targets, and improved gross margins for Wear Services.
• Support development of the organization's vision and communicate critical business issues.
• Represent the company at marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and training workshops.
