Job summary

HRS Talent Solutions is seeking a Meeting Action Tracking Assistant to maintain an approved action list from meetings. You will enter actions in an online tracker, verify unclear wording with the meeting owner, and attach updates to the correct item.

This remote role is part-time or full-time, with compensation of CAD 29.25–31.00 per hour. You will ensure owners are identified, preserve context, and keep links to documents while avoiding overreach.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative work and keeping clear action records.
• Ability to write concise meeting notes and assign ownership.
• Proactive follow-up to obtain owners and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an approved action list from meetings and enter actions in an online tracker.
• Confirm unclear wording with the meeting owner and attach updates to the correct item.
• Flag missing owners or uncertain deadlines for confirmation.
• Keep links to relevant documents with each action and update records as needed.
• Preserve context when tasks change or are cancelled, and avoid guessing ownership.
