Job summary

Openlane is seeking a Market Sales Coordinator to conduct thorough vehicle inspections, document conditions, and manage inventory data across dealership networks in Canada. You will plan visits, capture detailed vehicle data, and ensure timely uploads to the OPENLANE platform, working remotely within a field territory.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of communicating professionally with dealership personnel and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Proficiency with digital mobile applications and inventory management software.
• Strong interpersonal skills with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections and document mechanical, interior, and exterior conditions using OPENLANE’s mobile app.
• Capture vehicle details and images, verify identifiers, and complete profiles before launch.
• Plan dealership visits across the assigned territory and respond to short-notice requests.
• Upload detailed condition reports and high-resolution photos within SLA deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine inspection standards and minimize policy loss.
