OPENLANE is seeking a Market Sales Coordinator to perform thorough vehicle inspections, document results, and manage data entry across dealership networks in the Canadian region. The role combines fieldwork with detailed reporting, requiring reliable transportation and strong communication with dealers and internal teams.

You will inspect vehicles for cosmetic, structural, and mechanical conditions, capture data and images, and ensure accurate records within strict SLA timelines.

• Independent worker who can manage daily travel with limited supervision.

Aufgaben

• Conduct vehicle inspections and document mechanical, interior, and exterior conditions using OPENLANE’s mobile app.
• Capture vehicle details and images, verify identifiers, and complete profiles before launch.
• Escalate uncertain findings or missing information through the proper process.
• Plan dealership visits across the territory, confirm access to vehicles and keys, and respond to short-notice requests.
• Upload detailed condition reports and high-resolution photos to OPENLANE platform within SLA deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine inspection standards and minimize policy loss.
