Job summary

NNPBC seeks a Manager, Systems and Information Management to strengthen platforms, information practices, and vendor relationships supporting members, programs, and operations. This role provides organization-wide ownership, governance, and roadmap guidance for core systems.

The ideal candidate will drive prioritization, data ownership, privacy considerations, and effective collaboration with partners while ensuring continuity and alignment with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in business systems, information management, or related area.
• Experience leading organizational systems or platforms as a business owner or equivalent.
• Strong governance, privacy, and data lifecycle understanding.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organization-wide view of core platforms, tools, integrations, vendors, and ownership.
• Lead projects from requirements through adoption and handover with cross-functional teams.
• Govern vendor relationships and ensure ownership, documentation, and decision rights are preserved.
