Job summary

NAIT is seeking a Manager, Transformation Governance and Program Operations to lead the Enterprise Operating Model governance and program delivery. This role oversees hiring, onboarding and developing the team, and partners with senior stakeholders to ensure effective cycle management.

The successful candidate will develop intake standards, manage backlogs and improve reporting templates, while guiding staff through governance processes and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Organizational Management or related field.
• 3-5 years’ related experience in a post-secondary environment preferred.
• Credentials from outside Canada should be evaluated by WES/IQAS/CES.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership of staff, assign work and manage workloads.
• Set cycle priorities and direct day-to-day operations within EOM.
• Escalate risks and ensure outputs meet stakeholder reporting standards.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Committee chairs, Deans, AVPs and executives.
